A good friend (those who know me well will know exactly who this friend is) who’s always stirring the pot mentioned to my wife that to be fair, she should get a new piece of Tiffany jewelry for every car I buy. She latched onto that in a heartbeat, of course!
However, my negotiating skills failed me that day as it didn’t occur to me that I should be rewarded for every car that I sell. Fair is fair, right? Yeah, that didn’t seem to work, but in any case a few have left the herd and headed off to new homes.
